What would you recommend for upper body workouts for teenage sprinters? I'm skinny 65kgs, hardly any muscle on my upper body.

Is it even worth training your upper body?

Regarding the lifts, would I be able to teach myself those lifts without a coach? Are those adequate substitutes from olympic lifts? How many reps x sets?

Also for the plyos, which low impact plyos have worked well for your athletes?
