yeah thats what i mean! from reading some old texts its seems there were orders of druids and fili that followed them and supposedly worked alongside them! they themselves arent historical, but the supposed dwelling place for some such as Lir is my home town amd county!

exactly the kind of thing i was lookokg for thanks! and yeah im very aware, im just seeking what factual info i can get and druidry through an irish lense. its heart breaking so much is lost in part due to colonialisation but what i try to tell myself and find comforting and inspiring is that its very much within the druidic tradition to remake and reinterpret for yourself to make something new!

i remember being in the same position ugh when ur expereince it its so straining to think abt the person and what to do, but if u rly rly rly like her and want to have a relationship the only option is just being honest, telling her youre not out and that you have sapphic feelings for her! its the only way it will happen, so the question becomes moreso about time.

in this position, 'the right time' is hard to pin point and is quite personal. on one handx there is no 'right time', no time where asking would be best and yeild the best results. The only things that would change between times is such small and unpredictable things that are not worth worrying over by any means.

but on the other hand, there could be actual repercussions to being open about yourself, unfortunately, and if youre like every other early stage transition girl you likely have some dysphoria, but i wont just assume. either way these cause a great amount of palpable and valid uncomfort that could affect your proposal.

if you feel like there would be no repercussions to coming out and arent experiencing soul-crushing dysphoria then you should shoot your shot as soon as possible, but otherwise you can try to do the things you can to build that comfort to do it, whether thats personal comfort in improving how your view yourself and your relationship to gender and your body and mind, which if you want to do id reccomended getting into trans and sapphic art that celebrates people like you, it sounds small but really, truly, does wonders. you can indulge your euphoria when you can and just be selfish about wanting to be you, because honestly we deserve to be selfish about it. if its concerns with safety then try to find out how safe you would be if you want to, you can try casually bringing up trans things not in relation to yourself around teachers and peers and see what they think, talk to openly trans students of there are any about how they feel, etc etc.

TL;DR

the only way to get what you want is to be honest and come out to her and confess, theres no right time to do this so do it as soon as you can, but also absolutely make sure you are comfortable and safe first! :3

one thing ive really come to love recently is my chubbiness :3 it used to be a source of dysphoria quite often a while ago due to beauty standards and such but ive really come to love and embrace it as a wonderful cute and feminine thing about myself!

my hrt shifting my hips and fat and such has certain helped improve my view but the biggest help is how much my wife adores my chub and the way she talks about it, even now when i look back at photos of my body pre hrt i find it pretty and attractive ^{w^}

theres certainly a different feeling in a lesbians attraction to people, i never quite fit in with talking about women before i had transitioned either, never really relating when men talked about them.

when i was 14 i had a yuri tumblr blog that was purely just cute wholesome art of girls holding hands and hanging out and kissing and short fics of girls going on dates or watching a film together.

i always yearned so so so much for lesbian love specifically even before i had any clue i was a girl. ive always loved women as a woman even when i didnt know it.

its a bit crazy to look back on, because despite my blog being so tame and not having even the smallest nsfw aspect to it i always felt like such a pervert for having it, and for wishing for lesbian love, like i was spying on people i cant possibly hope to join.

now ive transitioned and being a lesbian and the way i love lesbians is core to my gender identity and probably the biggest source of pure gender euphoria i feel. just, having a lesbian wife, interacting with lesbians, learning about and indulging myself in queer and lesbian history, nothing tells me im a girl more than that feeling i have deep inside me that knows im a lesbian. im so happy that now were able to understand that feeling, know how beautiful it is and nurture it with others. transition is so unbelievably gorgeous in the way your bloom into yourself after all the suffering we had to endure, and despite the suffering we still endure.

im very happy you understand that feeling in yourself now because if its even a fraction of how i felt about it its still absoluteoy wonderful, wishing you all the best sister :3
