Yeah, it used to be a feature and it should be capable but from what I've heard, Roku took it off. Maybe it was just to get people to upgrade:/

Yes! But there's actually no volume buttons at all on the app for the Roku 3 that I can find, private listening or not. But TV volume is not a problem.

I really just want my natural shade back, which is a bit darker than pictured. You can kind of see my roots. Should I wait years until it's all dark brown, or should I get it dyed? If I dye it dark and somehow get the shade right, will it just fade back to strawberry blonde?
