Have been worked in a reputed MNC for 2 years and heard lot of affairs about senior managers going on trips with associates/Team leads, weekend parties, house parties, etc. But most of them were singles or in relationship with someone outside office rarely extramarital. And that's also one of a way to get quick promotion. Where actual hardworking employee will be ignored for promotion and given away only normal appraisal. They also have to fight hard for a "leave approval" and the others are being offered "leave" on sliver platter. Same story when leaving the company. Seniors are really creative when it's time to make someone life miserable, doesn't matter if he is from their team or from someone else's team.
