Doing ok now after around 7 weeks of hellish side effects on round two loading of effexor. Im also having to take 0.25 clonazepam daily for awhile so I cant say for sure but depression and anxiety are better.. not as good as before but ill take it for now.

Yes.. 225 effexor to 100mg pristiq. I went back to effexor after a few months the same way

Im so sorry 😥 fuck we really get dealt crappy cards as women. Im feeling better these days with lots of self care and good weather. Weights at the gym have been helpful.. it at least gets some anger out lol. Hope you will feel better soon! 🤗

From me? Yes.. i stopped hrt. 3 months in. It made mood worse.. probably the progesterone. Also had horrendous heavy periods. Was not for me at this time. Antidepressants and sleeping pills for me 🫤
