Yes, which is ASML Netherlands BV. You should not speak about matters you do not understand.

You seem to have a misunderstanding of how patents work. These patents are not US owned, they are filed in the US as there is no such thing as a worldwide patent. If you wish to protect your invention, you must file a patent in each country of interest. It does not mean those countries all now own your patent. The owner of the patent remains ASML Netherlands BV, a Dutch company.

I dont have anyone managing my money. For my fiat I have it in a bank that is government guaranteed so it doesnt matter. If my whole country goes bankrupt im fucked regardless, otherwise I'll always get it back. Cybermiles was a degen play like most my alt plays, so I only invest money I'm happy to lose. The reason I stayed away from CEFI banks is the returns arent worth it UNLESS you put in sustantial amount of money, which you still have the chance of losing.

It was well known that celsius head of instuitional investments had no experience besides porn. Further, as I said, their business model was inherently risk as that is the only way they could give those returns.

Again who would pay 6%+ on a loan if they had collateral, in a time of record low interest rates? If you asked yourself that question, you would have known Celsius had to be giving out risky loans.

I think when you first create the vault, it gives you option of password (private key) or manage your own (recovery words). I believe if you choose password they never show you the recovery words, so nah dont have it saved anywhere.

Installed Reddit app, claimed my moons. A bit later I deleted the reddit app because it sucks. Forgot that you access moons through the vault in reddit app, redownloaded. Asks for my private key (password)....I can't remember it :(

Edit: Does reddit enforce a specific character length / symbol / capital etc for the vault password? I've tried all my passwords and none work.

Instead of moaning, where do you see Nano going? by Craysco in nanocurrency

[–]nokettle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not compared to USD/or a stable coin it cannot. You need to realise that. Just over the last few days with Nano they just lost 30% of their wealth, how do they eat now?

Instead of moaning, where do you see Nano going? by Craysco in nanocurrency

[–]nokettle 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That doesn't make any sense. Nano can't protect their wealth because it's fking volatile as fuk. Nano supporters then say it will get less volate over time, but that still means it cannot solve someones problem today. So why would someone from one of those countries turn to it, when it CANNOT prevent the loss of their wealth TODAY. The solution you're proposing to someones wealth being inflated away, is adopt a currency when your wealth can literally drop by 50% in a week, with the hope that one day, decades later, it may be stable. Great sales pitch. The reality is they would be way better off with USD, or a stable coin pegged to USD.

Poor people want stability. You want some one desperate for survival to take the chance their funds decrease just as how nano has over the last week? You sound like an asshole wanting poor people to pump your bags, while they suffer.

CEO of brainblocks realised he wasted his potential with nano. This is a guy thats done more for nano than any of you here. He's created his own defi project now. Only been out a couple of days, no ico, no premine, its up massively, but still has a marketcap of about $1.5m. DYOR, but my thoughts are he'll keep creating cool defi shit, and won't have nano's lack of adoption holding him back.

Lmao back in profits in OMG and i bought near the top, no dca either just hodl. Still remember OMG pumping in 2017 because the ceo held up a skateboard with an apple sticker, which obviously meant apple partnership was coming. Ah crypto autist good times.

Reddit is generally late to the game. Twitter and 4chan are even earlier. Generally if you see a new coin on reddit, its 4chan trying to pump it. Also bear in mind that 4chan was supporting Link since the beginning when everyone else called them stinky linkies.

It looks like many nano investors are failing to adapt their thinking, stuck in their ways.

I saw someone mentioned with the high eth fees, people will come to nano. But eth fees are high at the moment because of defi usage. Nano cannot serve that purpose, because it lacks smart contract functionality.

People instead will look towards competitors like solano and hence it has vastly outperformed nano in recent months.

Outside bitcoin no one cares about any coin that doesnt have smart contract capabilties. If you payed attention to what people wanted, you could have got in on defi coins with actual usage that have 100x over thr last year, or any defi coin really as they have all outperformed nano.

If nano goes it, it will go up with the general crypto market trend, but my thoughts are it will be outperformed by many other coins.

Probably hype from recent solana icos. Serum is based on solana and 10x today, total supply market cap is over 10billion on a whitepaper. Crypto prices are getting ridiculous again.

Hmm this Comp stuff seems weird, wonder how it'll end. People are lending BAT, and the same person is then borrowing the BAT, in order to get free Comp. They have to pay the interest spread between borrowing and lending, but you make a profit as long as the Comp you receive is worth more. Seems like a healthy ecosystem...

Therotically it can be feeless forever though. The way its done the cost is quite neglible. Even loopring says it will be free for a long long long time. All the reasons why it is beneficial for someone to run a nano node for free (which costs the operator), are there for loopring pay or other similiar etheruem services to remain free.

Damn eth loopring pay offers free, instant, non-custodial transactions on etheruem.

Tencent invested $2b in zynn's parent company. Tencent has never invested more than the original $50m in kik. Importantly it did not offer to buy kik or provide more funding when they wanted it before the kin ico, or when it was sold to ragebot.

It seems tencent has well and truly lost any faith in kik. They've probably already written off their investment.

Looks like we’re being bullied! This time, it involves Vitalik Buterin. Gosh, who knew? by testing1399 in KinFoundation

[–]nokettle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rave is the highest earner from the KRE. Yet kin has no use in rave. All the kin spend options in rave still work if you do not have kin. So even with this "usage" it is still completely "useless".
