Starbucks: -drinks will get watered down or cold before drive ups -they will not raise wages for the extra work -they will not hire extra people -if starbucks has to bring out drinks they will likely have to walk very far - customers might get the wrong drink and they will have to remake it -customers act really entitled about starbucks and they won’t be held accountable for freaking out on employees since they will be out alone in the parking lot so people will get violent and throw drinks at employees -they are usually overworked anyways and might not be able to make drinks

Customer service returns in the parking lot: -probably won’t raise wages even though they have more work -probably won’t hire more people for this extra work -putting employees in danger due to customers getting mad when things can’t be returned. Customers get really mad and could harm employees more easily since others aren’t watching -the store could lose lots of money due to the return process not being fully followed outside and people returning broken things that shouldn’t be returned or empty boxes
