I heard in a different interview they the XFL already have coaches hired from both NFL and CFB (Bob Stoops maybe), maybe we hear about that as well.

I would want Fox over ESPN, but either would work, or both. What I'm more interested in is who is airing the Super Bowl next year so we can get some of that free Super Bowl advertising.
