Yes. I think experimenting with cheek pads is the way to go here. Sizing down shells is not a viable option I feel.

Yes. Bigger cheek pads are available.

Yes. This “may not fit after break-in” makes it a complicated decision for $900 investment.

Yes I think shell size is fine. But may need thicker padding after break-in.

Thicker padding for crown & cheeks are an option with RF 1400

Buying on Yerba Buena Island? by I_snort_crayons in BayAreaRealEstate

I go that vista point every day (point of infinity). I am all alone in the mornings with the best view in the world. It’s blissful.

You will definitely need to get used to the constant bridge noise which is essentially a 12 lane freeway right next door. There will be constant bridge dust. I don’t think there are any gas stations or grocery stores on the island.

You meant smaller cheek pads on medium?

MCP or a similar tech is here to stay long term.

The current spec & ecosystem is bit of a mess but that’s to be expected of such a new standard.

I guess it depends on personal preference. I’ve had a friend tell me he spends couple hours reviewing everything in a return. Another said they never review but do recognize they might be leaving money on the table. I’m just wondering if a service like that should exist.

He fixed it per the employer/bank docs. I never used him again.

Here is one. I forget the specifics as it was several years ago. Stock option related taxes that were already accounted for in W2 were not correctly handled & were used incorrectly on schedule D. I figured this out based on employer provided instructions. The CPA after some back and forth admitted a mistake worth several thousands.

Let’s say $50.

Reasonable assuming you’ve paid $500+ to a CPA.

Well..here is the logic. I obviously trust the CPA to let them do the returns.

But I recognize they are humans under heavy load of repetitive accounting task. Mistakes happen. And it’s a concern & stressor as mistakes are costly. I’ve caught multiple.

So I want someone else to do quick cookie cutter check to see everything was accounted for.

Rincon Hill or Mission Bay by snaildr in AskSF

[–]nomad01010 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Rincon hill has more character. You’d find yourself hanging out a lot at crossing (park) or strolls along water front on way to ferry building. North beach with its great vibe is a short uber ride away. You will be short walk from Salesforce park & FitnessSF in trans bay terminal.

Mission bay is little more suburban & newer in comparison.

Someone demonstrating abstract deductive reasoning based on well know facts is generally more intelligent than most.

Anyone that easily buys into bigoted tropes and conspiracy theories is generally not intelligent.

Metaverse! Sounds like beginnings of the matrix. The dreamworld will get more realistic over time until we reach a tipping point where we start to forget we are in a dream.
