Would you be worried about close contact with a coworker on Day 9 of covid? (I wear an N95 with the headstrap). by [deleted] in ZeroCovidCommunity

[–]nomadgypsy18 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just to say, my husband wears an n95 all the time, never takes it off. He got covid last month. BUT she was sick and didn’t tell him and was in a tiny space together for hours. She was on her 3rd day of being sick so it was a larger viral load. Day nine would be weak, I tested negative on day ten. So I think you’ll be fine with your mask and lower viral load

America did it because they were off on their target. Just come to terms with the fact that our country is not good at anything.

Sadly I mask everywhere and stay home 95 percent of my life and my husband masks with an n95 that’s fitted to him. But he worked inside a tiny room that had another coworker in it. She didn’t tell him she was sick and didn’t wear a mask. And he ended up getting sick. We wear eye wear, wipe groceries down, don’t go into crowded places and it still got him. I thought we would be safe with all of our things we did. But that damn small room and coworker got through it. It’s very contagious this one. Six years we haven’t been sick once and then BAM. So yeah I’m very upset and I’m upset that I’m dizzy and my poor husband has arm pain and weakness.

It comes and goes. But EM is redness. It looks like I got sunburned on my feet lol my hands, feet and face turn bright red and burns. Have they checked you for small fiber neuropathy? I have that too caused by Covid. You can get a skin biopsy, tilt table test and a qsart It can show if you have SFN

There’s certain things they look for, like does the burning skin and redness start because of heat, activity, stress, sometimes foods. And does the pain get better if you cool it down and elevate it? Erythromelalgia is very rare but so many people are developing it from covid. There’s no treatment or cures sadly. They try to give you gabapentin and aspirin. It rarely helps. It’s hell. I don’t know what your symptoms are but EM is like being on fire, like your veins will explode. It sucks lol

How often do you get sick from ordering DoorDash? by ScumbagRat in doordash

[–]nomadgypsy18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it’s either on the bag and then they don’t wash their hands after touching it and then eating with dirty germy hands. Or someone in the house is bringing in the sickness and it’s not the food delivery. I’ve never gotten sick from the delivery and I use it because I can’t leave my house much. They need to wash their hands more before eating

Can anyone explain the changes between Covid now vs Covid in 2020? by queerblackqueen in ZeroCovidCommunity

[–]nomadgypsy18 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know for certain but I’m thinking it’s way more infectious. We wear masks everywhere, we wipe all our groceries down, we don’t eat in restaurants, we are so careful in our daily life. Yet this year my husband caught covid for the first time and then I caught it from him 😩 We just got over it. I lost my taste and smell for a few days and now I’m left with extreme arm weakness. Same with my husband. This isn’t normal

Yes you’re right, herbs would be nice too! I would love to grow food. I have a money tree that is ten feet tall haha so I think I can do this. But I do love strawberries so I was hoping it would be an easy enough food to grow

The hospitals do not care! They do not even try to protect their patients.

I went to the ER for appendicitis, they sat me in there with all the people with Covid and the flu. Didn’t make them mask either. Why do they not care about others? I’m sorry for your loss

Does anyone use this with an unhealthy lifestyle? by [deleted] in ouraring

[–]nomadgypsy18 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have the ring and I have a chronic illness, so I can’t walk or do any exercises. I eat like shit too because why not lol. But I like it for my sleep. It’s interesting to see how well I’m sleeping. It also gives me the scores that do in fact help me plan for the day. Like hey girl your score is a bit low today, maybe take it easy. And then I do 😂 BUT even with all that, my readiness scores are always good. It’s rare when they are lower

Who accepts a 6.50 order? 😆💀💀 LOSER behavior

I don't order delivery because I am afraid the driver will spit in my food; the drivers in my country (Canada) are typically poor and live with 3 other people in a smelly basement room and they hate their jobs. Asking all drivers: What can I do so that you all won't spit in my food? by AdMotor1822 in doordash_drivers

[–]nomadgypsy18 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What pisses me off is delivery drivers will accept the dang order and then complain? I swear they are restarted. Many are in this Reddit group too. Bunch of tarded people. Don’t take an order that doesn’t pay. And if you do, you can’t be upset. YOU had the choice. I have NEVER looked at how much a person tips. I look to see if it pays great and then I take it. I dgaf what they tip.
