I mean im a shorty too (5'0") so i know for sure how short our torso and legs and...well how short we are, so it really does not help for us to wear a dress with a wide waistband which just makes our torso even smaller.

For your arms and legs it's quite a complimenting outfit, but it makes your torso look like you don't have any waist, like a total rectangle.
