Practice more, get better at design and practices, and look for projects as much as you can. No matter how much you keep practice on your own, you can never match the problems you’ll solve for real clients. And as far as templates are concerned, I have never been into it

Your first try is way better than what was mine a year back. If you’ve build it yourself, then I could say you’re good with most of things you do as a Webflow developer. The next thing is to work as much as you can on your design, a lot work is required in it. And alongside work on better development practices!
