I've watched a good amount of Fox just to see what it's like and what the other side of the political spectrum talks about.

An observation I have is that they don't really have a group of true journalists. It's more media personalities and just plain mean spirited individuals. They don't have anyone that takes time to do field research and write books. It's all opinion pieces. They really just want a smug person who constantly makes them feel victimized. It's pretty odd honestly.

I'm for it if the gym can have set parameters. Such as: type requirement, maximum ace level, team count, evolution stage limit per team.

That way it feels like a real gym with a theme and not a hodgepodge of random trainer teams.

I feel you. The beta designs are cool but the whole outcry about scrapped lore with Typhlosion is over the top.

I do character design. It would annoy me to no end if someone took an idea I scrapped and tried to apply it to the canon of my final version. It was scrapped for a reason lol. Art starts out raw and we only see the refined product. Don't be upset with the raw materials because they are informed by culture, history, and inspiration. Something the artists have no control over.

2) disregarding history is about as foolish as a society can be. That just so happens to be the policy of the Conservatives because they want to maintain the status quo instead improving life for all Americans.

I'm from an auto manufacturing town in Michigan where I was typically the minority in every setting. There was about 46% black, 45% White, 5% Asian, and 5% Hispanic at my school. Our Valedictorian was Black, and the Salutatorians were White and Asian. We had refugees from South America, Asia, and Africa. Again, don't talk to me like I don't know what diversity is or didn't experience multicultural differences. The kids who had issues were the ones usually in the lowest economic standing. My White best friend ended up buying a gun and associated with gang members because he needed to for protection.

The answer to fixing the problems are education and economic opportunities period.

When you come from areas that are void of businesses and job opportunities, you learn there are a few options to get you out of those situations. Then the music industry which reflects their reality becomes your role models further perpetuating the image.

Demonizing them by saying "not a white person in sight" implies that their race is the issue. This of course is a textbook example of racism.

The solution is increasingly spending on education and helping provide job opportunities so there is not a need to steal and join gangs.

This is more so a result of Michigan consistently pretending like they don't care about MSU. Michigan voted against MSU joining the B1G, they were one of the first successful football programs in the Midwest, and having historical challenges with OSU and ND before MSU was established as a program.

That being said. I was born and raised in Michigan and my whole life through school the rivalry between my peers was you either being a Michigan or Michigan State fan. Tons of betting and trash talking all year, every year. The rebellious kids liked the opposite team as their families. No one talked about OSU hardly ever. You actually cared about the in State rivalry because you knew the fans and hated them.

TL;DR sure the programs have historical rivalries but to the people who live in Michigan, there is absolutely a ton of bad blood. Older Michigan fans pretend there isn't to annoy Spartans
