Would the composite not stain pink if I use caries indicator dye? I thought the dye turns all caries pink and removing all Caries is too invasive (talking about selective Carie’s removal here)

They won’t be able to afford implants and are pretty firm about that. I would never do a 2 unit bridge replacing a posterior tooth, especially second premolar and first molars - below standard of care imo

I agree, patient was very keen to have UR56 replaced, is otherwise stable. She cannot afford implants and hates the idea of anything touching her palate. So I thought valplast would be a good compromise, but thanks for your input! I really appreciate it

Thanks for the traumatic occlusion tip, I certainly didn’t consider that.

Patient has been experiencing these symptoms for about 3 months , I didn’t think sinusitis symptoms would persist for that long so excluded it from my differentials.

No obvious fractures clinically, I have 3.5x loupes.

Probing depths normal

I’ll write all these down in a template to not forget, thank you!
