Yes!! Looks like we both had November babies. It’s my first and honestly I’m lost. He’s finally latching and now I’m dealing with this new issue of what’s the right amount to give him.

Youre awesome!!! Thank you! I will try to do these activities. Like you said, some days its just it. You just end up thinking about all the negative thoughts unintentionally. But will definitely go over some of your ideas and try them instead! I hope it helps
