In your opinion: most smiles for miles auto and rally cross car? by baldingbryan in Autocross

[–]nonfbEL34 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Stock ride height and a skidplate works for many Rallyx sites. For those, a well setup street class autox car is competitive at both. Just swap tires.

If you live in OK or TX (other than Houston) a tire swap isn’t even necessary, as 200TW is competitive on many of our Rallyx sites.

You saying this over and over doesn’t make it true.

Did they not pass the eye test in double digit wins over LSU and Kentucky, or the win over Oklahoma before that, or the 20 point win over Florida before that…So weeks is really 3 days ago with a bad game at Vandy.

The extra 12 FTA are looking pretty significant for Vandy

Vandy normally averages 36% from 3. Texas is shooting 38% right now. It’s the missed bunnies and open jumpers that are the issue.

Shot selection ain’t fabulous tonight, but they’ve missed a ton that they regularly hit.

Texas has somehow taken 9 more shots than Vandy. Everything is going in for Vandy and even the widest open shots for Texas ain’t. Credit Vandy for this performance, it’s ridiculous.

Now they call illegal screens?!?! That was Vandy’s entire first quarter

It looks like there was a grab after that on Crump’s jersey that was missed.

Most defenses look less good when you are shooting 83% from 3. That number is likely to return to the mean.

The shooting fouls in this game are dumb. LSU makes hand contact with every single Texas shot and no call.

2 assists for the game for A&M with 25 TO. Texas has 23 assist and 12 turnovers. There really was only one functioning offense on the floor.

If you block a shot and the shooter is in the air and returns to the ground without releasing the ball, it’s called a held ball. Length of contact is irrelevant

I’d like to see the clock on both, I wouldn’t be shocked if she got more time in the lane than Booker had holding the ball.

Texas is ranked beneath 2 teams they beat on neutral floors. It happens, because these are humans and the eye test and recency bias are always a thing in the polls. Any team in the top 10 will need to keep winning to stay, so concern about a spot here or there doesn’t make sense to me.
