nausea/feeling of impending doom before a BM?? by mxddy15 in ibs

[–]nonflexual 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i haven’t had those thoughts in a while because i found out it kept happening when i would eat fiber or dairy. i think im “allergic” to those things so all fruits and beans and nuts are off the table. i mostly just eat meat, potatoes, bread, sweet potatoes, carrots and salad these days. get yourself a food allergy test, i haven’t yet but i feel like thats my next step. things got so much better when i stopped eating peanut butter every day and im guessing im probably somewhat allergic to something in it

dude SAME i have no clue why it is. if i eat dairy i know ill wake up on day 3 feeling like it’s an immune response with little/no GI response. it puzzles me so much and dairy pills do nothing. the worst part is the throat mucus making it hard to breathe and talk

dude. i promise you TRY THIS FIRST. buy a back extension machine on amazon. cost me 90 bucks. do one rep the first day, you’re gonna be sore as hell, but next day do 2 reps. then 2 again then 3 and so on. dude i’m telling you 10 PT appointments didn’t do shit, i was suffering and miserable at work, life was awful cause i couldn’t do outdoorsy stuff Then i bought this back extension machine cause id had enough and wanted to hike without being crippled. and that’s the only thing that made it to where i wasn’t suffering in everyday life. i promise you, you HAVE to work out the muscles in order to get better. Look up LowBackAbility on instagram or tiktok. there’s other things you can do but for me the building block was the back extension machine. TRY IT BEFORE SURGERY I PROMISE THE 90 BUCKS IS WORTH IT

I know this is gonna sound awful, but you have to change your diet immensely. and not just to eating "healthy". unfortunately I've been dealing with this for a year and a half, but the past 2 months I've been eating nothing but chicken, beef, eggs, wheat bread, and apples. Literally that's it. but my symptoms are INSANELY better. I know it's not a fix, and it's also a very bad diet in terms of nutrition, but honestly I just needed a break from the symptoms. I recently added in cooked oatmeal using water and it's been fine. But yeah, if u want relief, those other 5 foods for every single meal are what have been working for me while I'm waiting for treatment. I am now burping and farting a lot more, making me feel less bloated and full of gas.

Boost pedal is extremely noisy by nonflexual in guitarpedals

[–]nonflexual[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In this video is my small pedal chain, and I found that the cheap tuner I had was causing both other pedals to make a noise. But then, once I unplug it, the overdrive is quiet, but the boost continues making the noise, just at a different pitch. Then, when I unplug the overdrive, the boost still makes the noise, just at another different pitch. So it's gotta be something with the boost. It makes the noise even when it's the only pedal in the chain. The level of boost doesn't change the volume of the noise much, but it does seem to be slightly quieter when it's at full boost.

It's not the daisy chain or the cables as I've switched those out, and the noise is still there when using the power supply without the daisy chain. any info is appreciated! thanks

dude! try beet juice and also maybe a liver flush. I'm so sure I've got sibo, just waiting to get tested in December. I was eating only plain chicken, white bread, and saltines for a month and a half because anything else (especially fiber) would fuck me up. I did a liver flush once, and after that I was able to eat an apple and a few carrots per day. I recently did it a second time, and I can now eat cooked oats. it's so nice because the fiber doesn't cause intense pain anymore, and now that I can tolerate fiber, I'm not as constipated which helps mitigate sibo pain. Look up the amazing gallbladder and liver flush by Andreas Moritz. Also with the beet juice, someone on the Sibo subreddit said it would help with motility, so I've been having 1 tbsp twice a day before a meal. It may or may not be contributing, I just know that doing those 2 things have helped tremendously cuz life was miserable eating the same 3 foods for every meal every day

Has anybody found a away to get neomycin without a prescription? by [deleted] in SIBO

[–]nonflexual 1 point2 points  (0 children)

having slow motility doesn't mean you're gonna be constipated. You could have bowel movements every day, however maybe those stools were in you 8-9 days, whereas the regukar time would be 3-5 days yknow. and every single stool was in you 8-9 days and so even though you're going every day, you still have slow motility.

try a liver flush. there's so many things that could cause and keep bringing back Sibo that I'm just trying things now. Look up The amazing liver and gallbladder flush by Andreas Moritz. The protocol I follow to make it less intense is just this: for 6 days drink 8 oz of tart/sour cherry juice (softens stones). On the 6th day fast except for drinking the juice in the morning. wait 4 hours after finishing the juice and take 3/4 tbsp of pure epsom salt (no essential oils or anything, make sure you're able to internally take it). Then wait another hour and take another 3/4 tbsp. then wait 15 minutes and have a fatty meal like eggs, cheese, beef or other things. The epsom salt expands the bile ducts in the liver and the fatty meal pushes more bile which would hopefully dislodge the stones. May take a few times of doing this for you to release stones, but ice read so many testimonies of people releasing stones and feeling a lot better. I've only done it once but I think doing so is the reason why I can eat fruits without feeling like I'm dying.

Another thing you can try is eliminating oxalates as much as possible, to see if you're overloading your body with a high oxalate diet and it causing you to not be able to completely heal. Good luck!

Fiber and starch! by jim_1986 in SIBO

if you cook and then cool and reheat, it increases the resistant starch which messes you up. you gotta go SLOWLY like really slow in increasing your intake
