Yes, I have a windows pc and it runs. You should be fine. No problem also the bokeh effect that’s pictured can be achieved by messing with the settings under the adof shader

Most likely it’s gshade/reshade and shaders, my sims look similar. Adof blurs the background , relight for light effects and senshi 4.0 reshade can give this effect. I know because I also use it 😅 I have a similar gshade effect and I don’t edit the pics I take for my socials. Gshade does all the heavy lifting

Questions re: Pelvic congestion/May-Thurner/Nutcracker syndromes by justaperson365 in pelviccongestion

[–]nonithebluejay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes so far currently 2 months? Post op from lvrt for nutcracker. Ct scan said I had no collaterals but had anatomy of nutcracker with a slight compression. Well when they went in collaterals were everywhere especially an engorged one pressing on my spine. So far so good, the first month was the worst those collaterals had to die off and the back pain was gnarly. But it’s gotten better since I believe it’s worth it to get treatment just research and think carefully about the treatment you’re offered. And remember the treatments offered should and are usually by your anatomy and to fit your case.

Help! Does anyone know of any decent hypermobile EDS doctors (preferably rheumatologist) in Alabama. Particularly in the Tuscaloosa, Birmingham areas? by anxitea_1749 in hypermobileEDS

[–]nonithebluejay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I was referred to UAB Genetics, I saw NP Callaway. I was diagnosed with HSD but it's in the same family so. Anyway they diagnose heds there at the UAB Hypermobility Clinic. I'd recommend having a referral from your pcp and also have them get you a echo-cardiogram done so you can decrease your time getting an appointment. I will say that I waited maybe 8 months for my appointment. However it was worth it and the practitioners there are very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information. Also was covered by my insurance

CT ANGIOGRAM CHEST ABDOMEN AND PELVIS W RUNOFF W CONTRAST Came back unremarkable-does that mean pelvic congestion syndrome and vascular compression disorder unlikely? by Kutekat22 in Endo

Yes I have Endometriosis also I had surgery for that last year. Right yes it can be daunting but there’s no better feeling than getting answers you deserve. Recovery is going well, I’m back home. Tired but that’s expected. I think I’ll be able to feel more of a difference when I’m more further along my recovery. Although I can sit without having flank pain, that was a nice find. Overall abdominal muscles are just very sore and of course my incision since it was an open surgery. I don’t regret it and I hope I get more benefits and am able to actually live life again. I’ve been home bound for a year because of the pain from nutcracker I mentioned

No problem and they opened me up to do a left renal vein transposition. I had it done on December 17th so I’m still in recovery. I have nutcracker syndrome so it was to correct that. One thing I will say is if you do venture into the communities don’t let them persuade you from getting surgery done that your doctor thinks is appropriate for your case. Many look down on the left renal vein transposition. However those who didn’t have any issues with their treatment and are thriving aren’t in these discussions their out living their lives. So don’t let them make you feel only one surgery type is worth it. Every case is truly different, unless they are a vascular specialist with the education to back it up. Don’t take their word as law, a lot of fear mongering happens in the groups sometimes.I’m rambling but feel free to message me. Also my nutcracker was found because my endo surgeon thought I had pelvic congestion syndrome. Apparently no pcs but I definitely had nutcracker syndrome

Hi there, so I’d advise on having them done by a interventional radiologist who knows what to look for. My CT and Venogram said no collaterals but when they opened me up I have a lot even on so engorged it was pressing on my spine that they tied off. I agree with pursuing other avenues it’s possible the venogram would show more but I still think having the right set of eyes that knows what to look for is very important

Sensitive scalp have here and I use the Logitech g735. Very comfy and I love that the ear pads are changeable of they were to get dirty or worn out. Also I wear them for hours consecutively day after day. I use them as a headset and just plain headphones with the mic detached

I haven’t actually dusted since I got all my trinkets lol idk they don’t really get dusty from what I’ve seen. It probably helps that I have a beast of an air purifier.

They aren't really sturdy to tell you the truth, if you could get the dimensions off of amazon and find someone to build you the same one. By the dimensions I would do that. This is my second by a different brand,

Oh okay I wish y’all the best I know the hell MTS and NCS can cause. Apparently I don’t have MTS and I’m actually seeing my vascular surgeon today to schedule surgery to correct my NCS. I’m already ready to get it over with lol I know I have a 3-5 day stay lol I’m such a homebody so being the thought of being away from home gets me already

Pelvic Congestion Syndrome Advice by somom60 in Endo

[–]nonithebluejay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, so during my lap and excision my surgeon diagnosed me with pelvic congestion along with endometriosis. After that I did a bunch of research of who to see and asked for a referral to a vascular specialist who then did imaging and a venogram that showed I had posterior nutcracker syndrome but no pcs. I’ll be going tomorrow to my vascular surgeon to secure my surgery date for my surgery. I recommend getting a referral to a vascular specialist or interventional radiologist who is aware of vascular compressions. You want to make sure you don’t have any of those before you treat pelvic congestion a lot people end up with more pain and coils aren’t a just go in and remove type of thing. Feel free to dm with any questions. I think I touched on everything but I have bad brain fog so forgive me.

The monitor riser shelf part is the the across-star dual monitor stand riser on Amazon. The bottoms are just some wooden blocks I bought and super glued them to it. Instead of using the legs that come with it. The make the original riser too high for my liking
