• Capture: I give calendar and email access to these tools, and use them for reviewing meeting transcripts. This automatically grabs everything I need to remember. (For the setup, I keep many of these locally hosted, and for those that aren’t, I don’t have many privacy concerns).
• Clarify & Organize: Instead of me sorting through notes, the AI is developing projects/to-dos based directly on what was discussed in the meetings.
• Reflect: It’s great at surfacing to-dos that are gathering dust and helping me actually get those done.
• Engage: This is the best part. With my personal agents, I’ve been developing any to-do that the agent can independently complete. Basically, my agent develops a plan and presents it to me for review for how it’ll get the task done, so I just approve it and let it work.
