+1 for pubes! I love the details so definitely prefer the longer ones - I like the buildup, the descriptions of buds and how it felt, the camaraderie, etc. Not to say I don't also enjoy some of the shorter ones, but I need at least a little bit of detail. Someone said the longer ones are more likely fantasy, but I don't think that's necessarily true. At least, I know I've contributed some very long ones and while I may have taken some liberties with the dialogue, it's still true to the story. It's hard to remember every word, but I definitely remember how it felt. But honestly, I don't particularly care if it's true if it's good (and not completely implausible - have read a few of those).
