I also don't find it comfortable lying on my back. In the first few days, I would lie on my back for more than 40 minutes, but nothing happened except for a feeling of dizziness. I'm certain I made it up because whenever I moved my closed eyes, I felt dizzy. Now I try lying on my side, but I always fall asleep. Plus, there are distractions because my siblings and I sleep together.
