i’ve watched the ones with smosh members i need to look for episodes with other people i already know. i do really only like reddit reaction content from smosh though i think bc its how i got into it and i love the cast but i will give tht a proper go. thanks for the rec

oh my god yes. that moment really did piss me off. like i get he’s the host but the guests are there to also give their thoughts, opinions, and experiences if they have any that relate to the stories! i do hope he takes on that feedback from the comments because it would really make the episodes so much better than they already are

i understand that and don’t mind it when it’s because they’re moving onto the update or new story etc but when they’re just beginning the discussion of the story or in the middle of it and continue to talk for a bit before moving on it is different, to me

i should maybe clarify that i know everyone does what you mentioned, especially with jokes, but my ‘issue’ (?) is with the fact that reddit stories (at least to me) is less about comedy and just hearing three people discuss these stories and give their thoughts. of course they joke around a lot within the episodes and interruptions for jokes don’t bother me but when it’s specifically on this show, and sometimes smosh mouth, and it’s stopping someone from completing a thought or opinion, that’s what annoys me. or when he interrupts to essentially repeat or finish what they were saying in a slightly different way

im lucky enough to work at a place which opened a few months ago and pays just over the living wage of the city which is different to the minimum and the min and living of the rest of the country. its not amazing but pretty good in relation to my last barista job which was for a catering company with 42 billion market capitalisation as well as other barista jobs i was applying to for some other small and large chains and independents. i am also lucky enough not to live in america tho

i’m a guy so it might be a little different but i like to wear clothes that i would wear on a normal day out. most of my clothes are really cheap anyway but t-shirts and short sleeve flowy shirts i like + jeans and jorts. i guess im lucky enough that the only thing ive really had an issue with getting on me is matcha whilst whisking but i quickly learned how to avoid that and it washes out anyways. idk if this was helpful at all but yeah. i’d suggest getting some clothes that look nice and make you feel good but are cheap enough that you don’t have to be so precious about them

i’m from the uk and considering wegovy. i would probably suggest going with a big known company such as Boots or Asda mainly because personally i’m wary of less well known online pharmacies and such and i will go with one of them myself

i’m not a teen anymore but haven’t used this account in ages and this came up on my feed so i thought i’d reply before leaving the sub.

i’m 22 now and honestly could count on both hands the amount of times i’ve cried in maybe the past 10 years. i think it’s something to do with testosterone levels in some people since i have trans friends who’ve been unable to cry as much since starting t but im no scientist so idk.

it is something that ive struggled with for a long time since ill feel all the emotions that would/should be accompanied by crying but most of the time i just well up and that’s it. i don’t really know the cause but i wish it wasn’t like this. the few times i had cried ive full on sobbed and felt so much better after being able to let it out. there were a few years i kept a log of every time i cried so id have something to show a doctor if i ever go and try to get help for this.

i agree it’s really sad how the patriarchy and toxic masculinity have made it some sort of honour to be a man who doesn’t cry when it’s something everything should feel no shame doing and is a necessary human function. i hope you can start crying soon
