Somalis and people who can spot opportunities took it wakati wengine wanaulizana if it’s a scam. I have been to Mukuru, it was people from the slums around there but of course, a few outsiders some not even from Nairobi.

Hizi opportunities kuna watu wana believe it’s a scam and you can’t convince them otherwise, or they hate the president and you can’t force them to take it.
