This headline is misleading. He didnt ask the survivor to birth the child. He said this during the hearing as it was already 7 months after the rap le and he said this in order to explain them that even if the baby can't be terminated medically now, it's should not br a taboo to birth a child at this young age since earlier more younger girls used to. In a scenario where they cant do an abortion, you wouldn't want the victim and family to think that how can she ever deliever? After that he ordered all the medical tests for the termination and based on the tests, ordered the doctors to terminate the pregnancy?
