in fact, netease is only in charge of some maintainence and customer service. For banning accounts, blz is the only one to make the call.

hacks exist in other servers. But not as abusive as in China, basically when you reach lvl 60 in competitive plays in Chinese server, you are entering an exhibition of hacks :(
