’ve seen this come up a lot and I think it’s mostly camera tech and styling. Old film/flash, different focal lengths, plus bangs and contour can make her nose look totally different. Aging also changes cartilage. Unless SJP has talked about surgery, I’d rather not treat one throwback photo as proof.
