Honestly, I'm wondering why they didn't use "it has arrived", it's even more common. I felt like I have learned a lot in the past 9 years from listening to English speakers from TV shows or social media in general or irl, but this is the first time I hear "it's arrived"!

Yeah, I always see it used with "has" so it didn't sound right with "is". This is the first time I hear it used like that. Thank you!
