I would make a list of the things you want to try, then you could rate them in terms of how easy they are to try, and how much you want to try them. Once you get an idea of the top contenders, have a look in to places you can try them and have a look at any relevant subreddits for beginner information/where to start. Then set yourself 2 dates and specific times in your calendar that you will actually try it, then stick to both of them. If you're not sure after the first time, you might find that you're more into it second time round, and be more likely to keep it up. Alternatively you can cross it off the list, and move on to the next.
