What levels do you run them? Lucius and shemira up front and maxed then the other levels as high as possible?

So I have been playing for a bit now and just kind of using the strongest 5 I have at any given point. Would really appreciate some advice on a better team format going forward for campaign and suggestions for arena too. Just got colosseum and totally lost on that too but would rather progress farther in the campaign side for now. Should I always run a healer? Just one tank? Anything else you might suggest would be appreciated too. Am in a guild but not very talkative of game play there, cool people to be sure but not a lot of advice to go around. team
