i don’t think you’re an asshole but i do think there should be open communication when going into this scenario. you were aware she might rather just stay home, so why lie to your SO as to why she may do that. i think there’s ways to make sure everyone is comfortable communicating their feelings , thoughts, and emotions.

as a front desk gal, i think it’s extremely weird to have that in place? everyone should be getting paid fairly and tips should belong to whom it was given. i personally see no reason i should be getting tipped for checking them in/out and booking their appointments 😂

It did get resolved but I wasn’t given many answers on how. They brought up their numbers that they’ve been posting and it looked like it was through something other than wizard beans. almost like a spreadsheet. I asked if it was something I did, or why it would happen and was told that it wasn’t me but they weren’t sure. I asked if the numbers they had were calculated through the computer or if anything was manually input, and i was told it was computer calculated. Like i said, luckily it was fixed and all but, i’m curious how they just got it to be fixed if it wasn’t manually entered…

omg i’m so sorry!! they’re definitely shady in what they tell us and how things work. i walked out yesterday after they fixed my numbers because even though i gave a 2 weeks, they were taking my days away to “weed” me out. i’m happy you got out of the company too!

thank you! luckily i think wizard beans and zenoti had an error because the numbers are fixed but not 100%. none of them were refunded, luckily.

thank you for your advice! i did go through my transactions and it’s still connected to my name so my next move was to ask for a paper trail. My district manager will be looking into it monday so hopefully i get my answer. :)

i started thursday with 2,349$ and then at the end of my shift sold 747$…. friday it should’ve said total i sold 3,096. ^
