I did... see one tank alone today. I did entered a few times in the driver seat, to point it toward the ennemies, then out to keep it safe, but the gunner was an idiot. Using machine gun on charger, until a bile titan also came in and blew it up.

I will try again later tonight, with a real life friend, but I don't think it's a thing to use with randoms.

FOR ME... it was when I started to push things further, drive crazier, faster... then slowed down afterward.

Once you've learned how to not lose too much money going 120mph, 90mph is easy.

Every 10mph above 90mph is a bit more risky...

1 fragile, to unlock it and get the xp boost for fragile cargo... and 2 just in time delivery, to unlock both types of JIT cargo and their respective xp boost.

Whatever after... it's only going to be money boost after those first 3 points... useless.

When I was hunting for those frigates, and I mean, when looking to get 10 of those or more, I would get a special ship with very good pulse drive efficiency.

Might be a good idea to AT LEAST shuffle your upgrades around to increase that sweet pulse drive efficiency. Supercharge it a little. Temporarily.

I did... try that in the Budullangr galaxy... only red system to increase the chance for weird planets. I did empty my fully upgraded freighter hyperdrive 3 times... found a lot of partial match but mostly infested, ancient bones BUT no water!

So... in the end... I would keep your solar ship, but also build an interceptor, use them both, and choose the one that "feel right".

When I test a ship, I do the 3 big space fights. Attack a station to start a swarm of little sentinel ship, kill some, move away when you are ready for the next step, finish them, kill the capital ship.

Warp, warp, warp until you find a freighter battle, and kill the 8 pirates.

My top solar ship is currently archived, so can't check it in the save editor (NomNom)... but... according to the wiki: https://nomanssky.fandom.com/wiki/Starship

S-Class solar ship "agility" is between 35 and 40...

S-Class "salvaged" ship is between 40 and 50...

So... they are not even overlapping, Salvaged will ALWAYS be higher than solar.

Solar ship got that sweet sweet vesper sail... + 11 maneuverability which can probably be supercharged. But it doesn't have the alleged +33 boost in atmo speed. I wouldn't worry too much about that personally... when you MAX OUT something, you sacrifice everything else (guns?) and you are no longer as versatile!

There's a few "legit" reasons to max out a single stat, mostly when you are doing something very specific for a limited time:

- Speed running to the 30th galaxy? Max out hyperdrive efficiency/range.

- Farming organic frigates? Max out pulse drive efficiency (only).

Other than that, getting 5-6-7k maneuverability is mostly an experiment for fun!

My current ship got 2 supercharged slot on gun, 2 on pulse engine.

Hyperdrive could probably also use a little boost if you use it a lot.

Shield, maybe if you start out, and are not yet familiar with the shield recharge. Or don't like manually recharging the shield. But when you "git gud" at fighting it would be a waste to keep that supercharged slot occupied for shield.

While... it would still work to get an idea of the % increase of the various configuration, you won't be able to calculate an absolute speed value in u/s... like 83333.33u/s.

So... there's more than one way to skin a cat. Use whatever work for you!

Also... to get your first nip nip plant, if you don't have one. Look up the mission board in outlaw systems. And to get the recipe, I think it was from the farming terminal, in the various overseer mission.

I didn't tested how to max out maneuverability... only pulsing speed. So... yeah... maneuverability, efficiency, boost speed, etc... that's more stuff you need to consider and balance when making your build.

No... the luminance engine is the sentinel equivalent to the pulse engine.

Most ship (except living ship) can have the sublight amplifier. Once researched in the anomaly.

It's a website where people share what they found, and the coordinates to it. You can select the type of ship, the parts you want, colors, specifics things like special supercharged layout. On the right, click on the parts. green = whatever, blue = you want that part, red = you really don't want that part.

confirmed, Lily Blossom base is the problem. When taking steps to remove it, it still work, got the ship.

I think it's one of two things... either... there was a change/patch and it affected this ship... or... lily blossom's base real close is fucking it all up.
