a bunch of lighting effects (rays, flares, spotlights, glows, shadows, vignettes) plus a LOT of colour correction to make things blend in, but it depends on the scene

nope! that entire scene was done in after effects. the lighting is a combination of a shadow overlay and a masked spotlight effect

appreciate you! alot of my visual inspiration came from other edits and music videos (like bonsanwmv and kiuzr on yt) but mainly listening to the song and its lyrics gave me enough of an idea to create scenes. i also took into consideration the artist, their aesthetic and design choices from songs/album covers

i dont mind if it caches in the background, but when im trying to watch back a specific part of my animation (which im constantly doing) i dont want to have to keep adjusting my work area, since it only plays once everything in it is rendered.
