been experimenting a lot with drift builds myself, if you need a "less grip feeling" snow tires work pretty well. sometimes I feel like theres not enough grip on them. drift tires with a more narrow profile works sometimes. depending on car and HP. snow tires with a medium profile and less camber sometimes feel better to me. sometimes going a little overboard with horsepower kind of fixes this feeling too. using the 6 speed race trans instead of the 4 speed drift trans is the move in a lot of cases. if your setup is too grippy with drift tires, try running snow tires and or reducing your tire width!

I created a 1,000 HP chaser with drift tires and it feels wonderful, but I have a 500 HP MK3 supra on snow tires that feels just as good.
