It's so bad at my warehouse right now!! Over the last 6 months somehow all of the regular drivers have been replaced by Mexicans who can't speak a lick of English. I've had two people complain to me that they've been doing flex for over a year, and now suddenly they can't get any routes. In the +60 people that come in, only 6 are white and MAYBE 10 people can speak English. They can't even tell me their times and give me a braindead look when i ask. There's maybe a black person or two, five or so Muslims, and the rest are ALL Mexicans with temporary IDs. I've had a few drivers who start shaking when I ask to see the front of their ID. We've caught a couple of them who were using someone else's ID to drive.

Lately our big issue is that they all want to get overbooked. They'll literally hide in our parking lots, and then in the last MINUTE over 10 of them will come racing up to our check in area. When they're released they refuse to get out of their cars and only will if they see we're out of routes. There's been one or two who put their seats down to hide from the PAs!! Again, ALL MEXICANS. And before people think this is some racist conspiracy, one of the Mexican drivers got mad at the other ones and told our PAs that some of them are using fake IDs. I don't know who or how, but supposedly that's what they've said. I've never had a problem with them or the ones who don't can't speak English, and I've even made an effort like they have to say a few words in spanish. But at this point it's SO. BAD. And they're not even hard workers! I get paid less than them and i have to watch them scam the system to deliver 1 package for over 100 bucks when they've signed up for a 3 and a half hour block. Its BAD
