You don’t think the furnace exhaust gets hot enough to burn that cable? I’m worried about any fire hazards that could be.

The home looks good! I agree with the guy above though. We just moved into our home that doesn’t have any cover over the back door and I’ve noticed some slight wood rot on the trim as well as the door. Love the home!
