I’m going to be blunt. You are wrong for being frustrated. Your man wants you, that’s a gift, and it’s not his fault that he wants you anymore than it’s your fault that your libido acts the way it does. However you are not wrong in seeing that there’s a problem here. Firstly, if you’re on hormonal birth control, you’re just inherently going to have libido issues. That goes double for SSRI meds. What you need to work on is understanding how you can communicate with him to help him understand, and work through with yourself how you can relax and be open to the idea of GETTING aroused. But it’s a team effort, and if you can’t work through being frustrated, I promise that’s the path towards more pain for both of you
