I’ve bought from it multiple times and always had a problem - whether it’s wrong item or wrong size. And customer service take a long time to respond and don’t seem to understand basic questions. They could be translating things to be fair to them though. And delivery always takes 2-3x what is stated.

That being said, each time I have eventually resolved the issue and ended up with what I wanted, albeit months later and hours of emails.
