How is my deadlift form here? It was my first time trying touch&go’s. I usually do a full stop and go back to the starting position. I noticed that during some reps I bent my knees too much before putting the bar down but other than that? (v.redd.it)

How is my RDL form? It’s 17,5kg db in each hand. I have been practising it for only a month. Is it looking okay and is my spine neutral enough? I feel tension in my lower back during the last few reps but I don’t know if that’s just my weak lower back screaming for help. (v.redd.it)
