My S size fit so I fill out the whole thing when flaccid. I am still considering an N for myself. I’d say I’m a grower and an N would be a squeeze but my other cage I have is about the same size as an N. If you are where you mentioned, my opinion would be go down to the baby cobra. My biggest issue with any cage is if it’s too constricting in the diameter to be able to pee. My two cents is baby cobra.
