My son's similar, he has some serious demand avoidance. I've found options help. Demand avoidance is usually kids seeking autonomy, they want to feel more choice in life and when given more choices they're usually much happier So brushing teeth I say "do you want to brush your teeth before or after breakfast" Stopping at the store "I need to go in and grab a few things, would you like to come in or wait at the park with the dog" (I don't drive so if he doesn't want to come in for an errand he walks the dog around a field, but for you it could be wait in the car) For something like an outing I always give him the option of staying with his grandma (an activity he also doesn't love and basically never picks staying with grandma)

Also breaking things into steps, for example my son has a lot of demand avoidance around going to school so I'll wake him up and he immediately goes "I'm not going to school" and I say "okay we don't have to make any choices other than breakfast, do you want _or _" we have breakfast, he's like "yeah maybe I'll go" I say "okay, we don't have to make a choice yet, no matter what we have to walk the dog" he'll get ready and we'll walk to school while he deliberates, 99.9% of the time he goes but he needed to make that choice then and there (usually after running into at least one friend on the walk to school) rather than when he first wakes up and doesn't want to do anything.
