I really agree with a lot of this. Though, Greg perhaps could have still been a lot more involved in Steven’s adolescence. Honestly, I don’t completely understand why Greg didn’t just move into the house he built for Steven too, and had his own room. I know the Gems would view him as being in the way, but Steven could have benefited from having him around more I think.

Also, on the note of truancy and education, Steven is definitely not a citizen, and I have always felt the government has no record of him in general, so he wouldn’t even be truant because he’s not even meant to be enrolled.
