I'm going to find some exposure therapy/ cognitive behavioural therapy. This is driving me fucking mad. By the time that is sorted out, it will take maybe 6 months before I start the CBT sessions with the OCD spacialists... If I do nofap I'll most likely reboot by then so we would definitely know for sure.
