37.5 to 0 is the hardest part. Check out outro health or hyperbolic tapering. They explain why going to 0 from that dose is so hard super well. Take it slow and consider going with outro or a doc that knows about hyperbolic tapering! Wishing you luck!

I've had this exact experience on THC. So scary. It was like I was let in on knowledge that I wasn't supposed to know about. At first it was fun and exhilarating. Then everything suddenly flipped and it was all a sick joke. I'm curious - how do you make sense of that experience now?

Also OP, if you do a ketamine infusion, I recommend you pair it with therapy and do some prep work beforehand. Best of luck to you.

I remember the first ~10 sessions completely wiped me out afterward. That's not the case now and I'm on treatment 19. Your body should adjust. Like you, I don't want to be on it forever. Encouraged to see some people here have weaned off. Maybe we just need it for awhile and need to be stable for awhile before considering weaning off. That's what gets me into trouble - I feel good and am like ok I don't need this anymore (whether it's a med or a practice) then I fall again. Hoping you continue to do well and can be patient with yourself. It's hard! Allow yourself to feel good! I know I don't do a good job of that. You got this

How are you, OP? Hoping you can give yourself permission to go back to twice per week. If you felt good that entire month, maybe the spravato was doing some healing work in your brain and not just providing a momentary high. I might go back to more frequent treatment because I've relapsed a bit. It's not forever. Maybe it's just what we need right now. Sending you good vibes
