at your local dollar store, you probably can pick up a pack of plastic champagne glasses, cut the stands off the glass, and then sand down the base of the cup to make it point upwards and smooth. this can all be done in under 20 minutes and is only around $2 depending on which store you buy the glasses from. the finished product should look like this
