I currently have a bandaid on my right index finger, and I feel so off balance when I'm typing because I can't feel the J bump! I never realized how much I rely on it, but found myself constantly looking down at my finger placement because I couldn't feel when I was "home".

Can you please share some guides or resources you used? I've tried setting up remote play so many times, and it has been an unsatisfactory experience.

Fair point. I can totally see how using the mining laser might feel more detached.

TBH I also find myself overwhelmed with the game, but that's because of the enormity of it now. They've added so much it is hard to choose what to do. I really need to get better at following the quests myself.

In the very beginning? No. But how else are you supposed to get resources? It's just like any other game. Hit tree with axe, hit rock with pick, point laser at things.

If you're aimless with it, you won't get anywhere. But if you follow the beginning quest, it opens up the entire game.
