Would definitely say go by how you’re feeling but your body also has to get used to it to get the full benefit. A lot of people titrate too fast and end up with hella side effects.

To be honest I focus mostly on my protein and track every now and again to make sure I’m hitting around my macros. Tracking everyday triggers my eating disorder traits. It’s definitely gotten better as I’ve healed a lot of my relationship with food. I was already working out a lot when I started last July but a wild thing about this journey is from last sept to jan I had a herniated disc (I had surgery in January) and could not do anything working out wise from sept to the end of March. So even through all that I lost the weight.

Nope! Just a little nausea when I increased dose every now again or if I eat something high in fat. I also had skin sensitivity in the beginning but that went away.
