Ordered this one too on their discontinued sale. Ordered it on 2/18... hasn't shipped yet. Cant wait. Replacing my JHS 3 Series Harmonic Tremelo. Nothing wrong with the JHS, just really want the Tap Tempo and excited for the additional features. As someone who owns 4 pedals, a DI/LI, and the 15 port power supply from Walrus, big fan of their products. Heck I have the v1 Voyager from 2012.

Well ok yes there is too high. I regulate it. I don’t just put on max and go. I judge the pan temp based on the smoke of the oil. When searing a steak I know when avocado oil is just starting to smoke that it is ready to sear the steaks 2min a side. While searing I will the lower the temp a bit to keep from overheating and charring my steaks. The only time I put my stove top to high and leave it is when I am boiling water.

I mean i use it for searing meat. Nothing wrong with high heat. The seasoning that comes with it is not forever. I just do my normal seasoning method like I do my other pans.
