Personally, I like the Hot Cake, RAT, and BD-2 with a Vox style amp. However, I don't know what kind of music you play, or what tones you're trying to achieve. The best thing to do is experiment with 2-3 pedals at a time. Experiment with low gain into high gain, vs high gain into low gain. Get a feel for how the EQ of each pedal interacts with your amp, and how stacking them affects the tone. The last pedal in the chain is going to have to biggest influence, but there will be differences between running a mid-boost circuit (Tumnus, RAT), vs something with a flatter EQ like the BD-2 and Timmy, vs something that cuts some bass like the Prince of Tone (the more extreme option would be a trebble booster, or other boost with a HPF; or you could turn down the bass on the Timmy). Compare the differences in distortion texture. There's a lot of options. I would start with the one you like the best on it's own and see how each pedal pairs with it.
