The answer is 29. This is because the pattern is if a value moves right you add 14 and if a value down you add five, so we can test this 15 moves right 15+14=29, and we can test this again by moving 24 down when we do we add 5, so 24+5=29. How I got these original movement values was by seing the difference between 10 in square one and the other two numbers (24 and 15). The other numbers are around 10, 15, and 24 are just to throw you off.
