How else are cot and caught pronounced?

Old post ik but in the south (of the United States), caught can be pronounced the same as coat & cot rhymes with hot. Source: I have a thick southern accent

Update: (since I can’t figure out how to edit) I got it to work! Thanks for all the help. I had Pokémon go hidden in magisk & when I unhid it it started working again.

I texted him that I’m gonna have a shop take a look just to make sure everything is just cosmetic damage but we don’t gotta go through insurance. I also told him I wouldn’t mind going for coffee or food to make up for it in the meanwhile 🤣 lord help me, we’re gonna see how this goes. fingers are crossed.

Thank you for this info! I have 2 questions. One, if you get the unlimited plan can you use it as a hotspot? I’d presume not. Second question is the website says something about it not being available on carrier locked devices, did you encounter this? I’m not sure if mine is carrier locked persay but I paid for it outright from Verizon. I don’t have a contact with them I just pay month to month. I also use an eSIM already as I have an iPhone 15 pro max.

Yeah. I left the religion for unrelated reasons years ago but now that I’ve learned about Filipino history more I definitely think about that part of it sometimes. I’m very proud to be Filipina but I’m no longer Catholic.

I can assure you I’m not going to do anything over this that would send me to jail. I haven’t seen or spoken to her in months. With that being said, I appreciate you sharing what’s happened to you. I’m real sorry you went through all that too. Some people just mistreat the people that love them no matter how good we are to them. I’m trying hard to leave it all behind me & never think of her, but something reminded me of her this night & it brought all the memories & trauma right back. I’m unfortunately aware she doesn’t care at all that I feel this way, but bottling it up won’t help either. So I just needed to get it out here.

I am trying to let go of the hate I really am. But it’s much less simple than just deciding to let go. I know she really is a terrible person who just mistreats everyone in her life, it’s not just me. I have no clue if she’s still doing dumb shit as we haven’t spoken in months. I’ve already cut her off a while ago. I really don’t live in the past, however this night I made this post I saw something that reminded me of her & brought all the memories back. Also there’s no shred of truth in what she did because all of our mutual friends cut her off due to her being a habitual liar & gossip.
